Q. Are you Licensed and Insured?

Q. Will cleaning my roof damage my shingles?

If its is cleaned improperly or if cleaned with high pressure YES. At Shine Right however we will clean your roof with no damage to your shingles using our gentle clean method which is very low impact on the roof material. We have over 20 years experience with roof cleaning and we understand your concerns. We will walk you through the entire process before starting to ensure you’re satisfied.

Q. Is your roof cleaning guaranteed?

Yes all of our work is guaranteed by Shine Rights 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. WE GUARANTEE OUR ROOF CLEANING FOR 30 MONTHS. If you see any dark stains caused by algae or mildew we will return within that time and will clean it for free.

Q. Will your pressure washing damage my house or windows?

Absolutely not. We use only the best detergents and solutions available at no extra cost to you. This ensures that the detergents and solutions will kill the mold, mildew, algae, dirt without damaging your structure. We then use low pressure to rinse off the detergents and solution. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Q. How often should I get my house, driveway, pool deck, enclosure etc pressure washed?

Shine Right strongly recommends that you have all of your property pressure cleaned at least once a year. This will prolong life of your surfaces, paint, etc. It is also cheaper cheaper for both you as well as us to perform regular cleanings as opposed to letting the stains/dirt build up. Shine Right can offer you an annual cleaning maintenance and send you friendly reminders when its been 12 months.

Q. How often should I get my windows cleaned?

Shine Right recommends you have your windows cleaned outside twice a year (every six months) and inside once a year. This helps to prevent hard water and other stains from building up on your windows which will in turn increase the work needed and cost involved the next time they are cleaned.

Q. Will you burn, kill or harm any of my plants, bushes, grass?

Being conscientious homeowners ourselves we understand the pride in having a nice yard. Accordingly we take extra precautions to make sure nothing is harmed during our cleaning process We want you to have a clean house, roof , windows etc to go with your beautiful yard.
